Welcome to Morris Property Groups website. Morris Property Group is a unique real estate firm specializing in agricultural real estate sales. We have broken the old real estate company model where a broker accumulates as many agents a possible and relies on its agent’s contacts to market a client’s properties. Rather, Morris Property Group has developed an integrated marketing program that utilizes various media outlets to market a property, these includes internet, direct mail, print media, trade shows, and soon television. Together with a small group of highly trained individuals, Morris Property Group is becoming the most effective real estate marketing firm in the Texas Panhandle.

Morris Property Group’s work began in the real estate industry 1994 in Castro County, Texas. Later, we expanded to the surrounding counties and regions. Our marketing program successfully allowed us to sale property in the Texas Panhandle, South Plains, Central Plains, and the Trans Pecos regions of Texas. Exposure in these different markets gives Morris Property Group unique insight into local market conditions and local economies.

Scott Morris is the founder and principle broker for Morris Property Group. Scott grew up in the small Panhandle town of Dimmitt, Texas. Later he obtained two Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from Texas Tech University. Since his early childhood Scott has been immersed in the agricultural industry including all aspects of farming to livestock production.

Courtney Goodman-Morris is Morris Property Groups in-house legal counsel. Courtney grew up in the small town of Blum, Texas located south of Ft. Worth. Courtney graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelors in Animal Science. After graduation, Courtney worked for the Farm Service Agency for almost ten years before quitting to attend law school at Texas Tech University. After graduation from law school she went to work for the Underwood Law Firm in Amarillo, Texas where she specialized in agricultural law. Courtney also serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Amarillo.
